SHEER JOY HAVANESE is the result of many years of searching for a breed that could exist peacefully with my Chihuahuas. After 23 years of showing and breeding Chis, I have changed breeds and now only show and breed Havanese. What a delightful breed, truly a SHEER JOY! The coat is a beautiful bonus! |

I placed this boy from my first Havanese litter as a pet but the owner decided to show him. His dam is Havanique Simply Smashing (aka Sparkle) who I never showed because she was small. He is now an AKC GOLD Grand Champion finishing with two 5-point majors. I took this photo from behind the photographer, he is winning one of his Group 1 placements under Judge Carmen Heller in May 2017 with his handler Kevin Chestnut, who has handled a dog for me. He's a great example of the extreme color changes Havanese go through in his puppy photo on the right. |
